At HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
 

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information that is needed for the registration procedure at our website. The information that we collected are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer's personal information during the account registration on our site. If you have any comments or suggestions, we would be pleased to receive them at our address or by emailing us at hanamihijabs@gmail.com

Security

We will apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customer’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers.

Confidentially 
Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers will be kept secret and confidential with us to any third party. We will never share any of your personal contents without your permission. 

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Hijabs By Hanami have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers.

Complaints about breaches of privacy

We are always pleased to hear from our customers. If you are not satisfied with any way. We handle enquiry or complaint, please don't hesitate to contact us at hanamihijabs@gmail.com

MAKING A PURCHASE
 

At HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM, we are not able to neither amend nor combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

We post all orders made before 2pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

PAYMENT
 

All payments have to be made by means specified by HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS
 

All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. 

All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. 

All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted.

There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned.

Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.

SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.

Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items.

All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.

HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM is not liable for HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM items purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent. 

PRODUCT CARE
 

Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).

All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.

Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.

USAGE OF THE SITE

This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.

Content extracted from HIJABSBYHANAMI.COM are reserves the rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage of this Content.
